Starting Over

Starting Over is an adult visual novel. It's centered around Harper Alexander, a trans woman who is freshly divorced following coming out. Can you help her get back on her feet and find love again? There's friendship, compassion, and maybe even a little sex...but you gotta earn it.

Harper's search for love starts when she moves into an apartment with several attractive dating options. The path you choose -- and the person you pursue -- is up to you (eventually...the game is still in development). Currently, you can try to romance:

Sara Constantine, a college student and fashion design major who looks like she walked out of a modeling shoot herself. Beneath her beauty lies a brilliant woman -- one who is motivated to be more than her looks or her family name.

In future releases, you can try to romance:

Andromeda Lowe (planned for somewhere in the 0.5-0.7 releases), a bank teller and former concert pianist who no longer performs publicly. She lives a quiet, secluded life by her own choosing, but it wasn't always that way. What went so wrong that she isolated herself? And will she let anyone get truly close to her again?

Kinsey Sonders (planned for somewhere in the 0.5-0.7 releases), an insurance agent who lives with her younger brother. She's blunt and up front about what she wants -- be that protecting her brother or getting her desires -- but there's a method to her madness. Loves to play games, so long as they're not with her emotions.

Lake Carpentier (planned for somewhere in the 0.5-0.7 releases), a full-time streamer and content creator. She's a young woman who's self-sufficient enough to buy endless amounts of cosplay gear and pay her rent a year in advance, while at the same time having more locks on her doors than a bank. Will Harper help her outrun her dark past or assist her in confronting it?

Rina Park (planned for 0.3 releases), the secretary and tour guide for the apartment complex and the daughter of the owners. She works in the family business at her parents' insistence, but she dreams of being an artist. Rina's interests include playing matchmaker and breaking the laws of physics.

Tessa Bowens (planned for 0.4 releases), a college student and future airline pilot. She lives with Sara and happens to be her wingwoman...and best friend...and ex-girlfriend...and still pines for her. Tessa is always looking out for people who need help, but when push comes to shove, she puts those closest to her first.
